THATCH MASTER
Verticutters and Dethatchers
A Part of the TurfTime Equipment family since 2009
Now with FLIP STAND and HEAVY DUTY DRIVE upgrades.

The Classic Thatch Master Updated by TurfTime Equipment:
Thatch Master has been dethatching turf on sports fields and golf courses with high quality heavy duty verticutters and dethatchers for over 25 years and is now offered by TurfTime Equipment. Significant upgrades and updates are available.
Quick Return to Playing Condition:
The well known high quality Thatch Master dethatchers & verticutters are ideal for heavy duty dethatching of fairways, ball fields and large sports complexes, or fine verticutting on golf greens. TurfTime Equipment's improved Thatch Master Blades slice through turf for fast healing, getting you back in play more quickly.
Precise Dethatching Depth Control:
Cutting depth is managed by the adjustable rollers that are easily set for a shallow verticutting or a deep aggressive removal of thick thatch. The full floating hitch maintains consistent depth of cut by allowing the rollers to follow ground contours.
A Dethatcher with Low HP Requirements:
A 20 to 30 HP tractor will easily power the smaller of our fine blade Thatch Master Dethatcher/verticutters. Larger units will require a little more power. Deeper slicing also requires more power.
Rugged Thatch Master verticutter with Low Maintenance Costs:
Thatch Master's extremely strong construction reduces maintenance to a minimum. TurfTime Equipment's improved blade cassettes and re-designed replacement blades provide cost effective turf maintenance through efficient, fast and controlled dethatching and verticutting.
If you bought a Thatch Master before 2009 you may want to update your idler sprocket or increase the drive chain strength. We have a number of update kits that may significantly improve the performance of your older Thatch Master. Keep reading! More information follows below.
